Barbara Weaver is Head of People for Circular Genomics and has over 20 years of experience in global HR Strategy with a people-centric approach. Barbara has successfully scaled start-ups, invests in culture and development programs, and recognizes the pivotal role of strong leadership in a company’s success. Barbara received a BS in organizational behavior from the University of San Francisco, and the SPHR Certification from the Human Resources Credential Institute.
