Nikolaos Mellios, MD PhD

Nikolaos Mellios is the Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder of Circular Genomics. His background includes serving as an Associate Professor with tenure in the University of New Mexico Department of Neurosciences, where he led the research on the role of circular RNAs in the control of molecular networks related to psychiatric and neurological disorders. Before his time at the University of New Mexico, Dr. Mellios was previously a research scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology working on pioneering RNA neuroscience research.
