  • Do you accept HSA and FSA cards?
    Yes, HSA and FSA cards can be used to pay for the MindLight Antidepressant Response Test. Services from Circular Genomics fall under the category of laboratory fees and are eligible medical expenses for HRAs, HSAs, and FSAs. You may use your HRA, HSA or FSA card as a form of payment with a valid credit line.
  • How can I pay for the MindLightâ„¢ Test with my HSA and FSA cards?
    At the time of payment, you will receive a link to pay via email or text and you must use your HSA or FSA card for your purchase. If a HSA/FSA card is not used during checkout, you may not be able to be reimbursed by your HSA/FSA for purchases made at Circular Genomics. We only support HSA/FSA cards used at the time of checkout. Other than the receipt you receive with your purchase, we do not provide any other documentation for HSA/FSA reimbursement. For example, we don’t provide CPT codes. We are also unable to retroactively apply a HSA/FSA card to a purchase that was made with a different payment method.
  • How can I receive HSA/FSA Reimbursement for the MindLightâ„¢ Test?
    While our products and services are eligible to be purchased using a HSA or FSA card, we do not guarantee coverage and we do not guarantee that your HSA/FSA will reimburse you for purchases made at Circular Genomics. If you attempt to use your HSA/FSA card and it isn’t accepted, please contact your HSA/FSA program to determine the reason. If your HSA/FSA card is accepted as the payment method during checkout but your HSA/FSA program denies coverage at any time, please contact your HSA/FSA program. We’re unable to provide HSA/FSA coverage assistance, documentation, or fill out any forms if there is a coverage denial or any issue with HSA/FSA coverage.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
